Overview

The Director, Patient Recruitment and Retention (R&R) is responsible for developing strategies that meet the unique needs of clinical studies and the patients served by BlueRock. This role involves ensuring the collection of insights, managing vendors, and overseeing patient inquiries to achieve recruitment and retention goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life-science or related fields.
• 10 years of industry experience in biotech/pharma or CRO.
• 5 years of direct experience in patient recruitment and trial optimization.
• Data-driven mindset for interpreting disease-related data.
• Experience managing R&R service providers.
• Excellent communication skills and report writing ability.
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
• Ability to deliver in fast-paced settings with complex networks.
• Experience in Neurology and Ophthalmology is desirable.
