Overview

As a Sales Development Representative at Product People, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients for our interim product management services, working closely with the Business Development Team to drive growth.

In Short

  • Scale Product People by acquiring new clients.
  • Evolve demand generation processes and experiment with new strategies.
  • Identify and analyze target prospects for lead generation.
  • Communicate compelling narratives to prospective clients.
  • Lead sales communication from first contact to contract signing.
  • Track leads in an organized manner using internal tools.
  • Set metrics for measuring sales success.
  • Propose initiatives to strengthen the team and optimize growth.
  • Meet or exceed monthly goals for qualification meetings.
  • Share knowledge and train junior sales team members.

  • Interest in Product Management and empathy towards Product Leaders.
  • Autonomous and efficient in organizing tasks.
  • Strong connection-building skills and collaboration in a startup environment.
  • Focus on structure, detail, and self-direction.
  • Ability to show fast progress and quick wins.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote team.
  • Located in the EU.
