Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SEM/Paid Media.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, TikTok Ads, and Excel.
• Experience managing multiple clients and projects.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (minimum B2).
• Strong communication skills with clients and team management.
• Creative mindset and willingness to share ideas.
• Experience managing advertising budgets over 100K/month.
• Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ambition for continuous improvement.
