In Short

• Build, monitor, optimize, and analyze campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, Reddit, and Tiktok.
• Maintain a balance of acquisition efforts across iOS, Android, and Web.
• Manage growth marketing operations including spend pacing and reporting.
• Implement data-driven optimizations on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with creative, data science, product marketing, and business development teams.
• Develop knowledge of financial service products and marketing goals.
• Contribute to program innovation and improvement.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in digital marketing.
• Build relationships with internal and external marketing partners.
• Gain exposure to marketing work beyond digital.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, especially with Meta and Google.
• Foundational knowledge of performance marketing pillars.
• Experience in app acquisition is a plus.
• Experience in financial services is a plus.
