Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract) - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join Procore’s Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll support company growth by attracting and recruiting talent that generates, expands, maintains, and supports our Product & Technology organization in India.

In Short

• Partner with Product & Technology and client leaders to understand hiring needs.
• Plan and execute sourcing strategies to find rare talent.
• Build long-term candidate pipelines and manage immediate hiring demands.
• Drive improvements in candidate pipelines.
• Map geographic areas globally for talent sourcing.
• Implement new sourcing processes and fine-tune existing ones.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a talent acquisition role, preferably in tech.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Strong relationship building and negotiation skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
• Proven track record of building diverse candidate pipelines.
• General knowledge of talent engagement strategies in SaaS.
• Creative sourcing options and approaches.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS preferred.
