Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A (GTM) - Remote

Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst of Go-To-Market FP&A will apply attention to detail and analytical skills to support business partnering across the global Sales, Services, Success and Marketing organizations. This individual will drive value with a particular focus on ensuring accuracy and evaluating trends to provide financial visibility to Procore’s global Go-To-Market FP&A business partners, including our Sales GMs, Marketing, and Strategy & Ops stakeholders.

• Be a fantastic partner to your colleagues within Finance and the Go-To-Market teams.
• Build, analyze, and communicate complex financial analysis that empowers our business leaders and executives to make strategic decisions.
• Monitor progress against budgets and assess risks and opportunities to ensure business partners have visibility into expense trends.
• Champion month end close process, including headcount management/reconciliation, accrual validation, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with FP&A Corporate and Business Partner peers to enhance existing reporting and processes.
• Assist in monthly/quarterly financial reporting and consolidation shared with Finance and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, investment banking, or private equity.
• Public company and SaaS experience supporting Sales/Marketing is preferred.
• Expert knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard business software is required.
• Experience with Financial Management systems, such as Pigment, Adaptive, Anaplan, Hyperion, Intacct Netsuite, Coupa, etc.
• Experience performing in-depth financial analysis and presenting findings to key stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to consistently generate a high-quality work product.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Hungry, yet humble, remaining passionate for delivering results in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
