Overview

FloQast is seeking a talented finance professional for a unique opportunity supporting our Sales and Marketing teams. The individual will provide decision support through analysis of financial and non-financial metrics. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be viewed as a subject matter expert and a trusted partner among our Sales and Marketing leadership teams.

In Short

• Develop and enhance financial metrics reporting for the company.
• Create and automate financial reporting for budgeting and forecasting.
• Coordinate finance-wide forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Partner with business leaders for operational excellence and insights.
• Participate in monthly forecasts and annual budgets preparation.
• Refine forecasting processes and financial models.
• Develop dashboard automation for financial processes.
• Analyze sales and marketing performance metrics.
• Communicate financial findings to leadership effectively.
• Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Financial Analysis and Accounting.
• Experience in financial modeling and SaaS metrics.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with AI tools for financial reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration.
• Curiosity and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
