Senior Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will support the development of the Medical Group’s annual budget, conduct variance analysis, and prepare monthly financial reports while working under limited supervision.

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.
• Monitor billing activity and develop the annual budget.
• Participate in physician meetings to present financial information.
• Calculate physician incentive compensation.
• Assess cost-effectiveness of new services and procedures.

• Generate monthly dashboards for physicians and practices.
• Benchmark provider productivity and compensation.
• Collaborate on business plans for practice acquisitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 3 years of financial analysis experience in healthcare.
• Experience in budget preparation and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with federal and state laws (e.g., HIPAA).
• Advanced skills in data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively.
• High integrity in handling confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
