In Short

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with program teams to define cash goals and establish budgets.
• Make recommendations to leadership for business decisions.
• Develop and enhance reporting processes and system improvements.
• Support ad-hoc cost reporting and performance analysis.
• Create internal reporting for senior management and program stakeholders.
• Provide timely financial analysis to monitor inventory results.
• Assist with identifying accounting issues and drive resolutions.
• Conduct monthly closing processes including journal entries.
• Support finance team with projects to implement best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years of finance experience.
• Experience in inventory management, financial planning, and analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work with remote teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and macros.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Knowledge of Leidos Financial Systems is preferred.
