Bilingual Project Manager for General Contractors - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Project Manager responsible for successful delivery on professional service engagements for our General Contractor customers, overseeing projects that maximize the impact of Procore’s technology on their operations.

In Short

• Oversee projects supporting general contractor clients.
• Manage internal and external resources to deliver services on time and budget.
• Develop multiple new accounts and collaborate with various teams.
• Apply best practices to each client based on their business processes.
• Plan clients’ services and develop roll-out strategies.
• Deliver thought leadership in Industry, Technology, and Change Management.
• Work with clients to create project strategies focusing on outcomes.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to execute onboarding strategies.
• Provide high-level service and support to clients.
• Maintain current knowledge of customer needs and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Verbal and Written).
• 3+ years experience managing projects and developing custom project plans.
• 3+ years experience in construction operations or technical support.
• Experience servicing large organizations with complex applications.
• Successful management of projects within a defined scope.
• Proven experience onboarding and training mid to large-scale clients.
• Strong empathy for customers and passion for project management.
