API Specialist - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an API Specialist to join Procore’s Integrations and Technical Services (InTech) org. In this role, you’ll serve as a Procore API expert and resource to our external developer community.

In Short

• Provide technical support and consulting to clients, developers, and partners using the Procore API ecosystem.
• Utilize API and integration expertise to respond to cases via a ticketing system.
• Provide timely assistance in Slack to Customer Success teams.
• Manage technical and product issues related to API endpoints.
• Utilize tools like Postman to troubleshoot API issues.
• Develop training content and contribute to Knowledgebase articles.
• Collaborate with Product Management to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a technical support or API-focused role.
• Development background required.
• Client-facing experience is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to support peers via phone, Slack, and Zoom.
• Knowledge of Postman or scripting languages is desirable.
