Overview

The Aquablation Clinical Manager will lead a team responsible for providing clinical and technical support for the AQUABEAM Robotic System, ensuring effective training and case coverage in the Mid Atlantic region.

• Lead and develop a team of Associate Clinical Representatives and Clinical Specialists.
• Provide training and education for new surgeons on the AQUABEAM system.
• Manage clinical team schedules for optimal case coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience in a start-up environment with disruptive technology.
• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75%.
