Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst – Compensation will work cross functionally within the organization, helping to analyze, maintain and document metrics primarily related to compensation across the Company as well as other responsibilities.

In Short

  • Obtain, validate, and analyze financial data for physician compensation.
  • Translate complex financial models into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance departments.
  • Contribute to policy and procedure development.
  • Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Prepare regular reports and analyses for management.
  • Support ad-hoc projects related to compliance and efficiency.
  • Work cross-functionally with various stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Experience with SQL and Excel, including data visualization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
