The Senior ERP Systems Manager is a critical subject matter expert for the organization's enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, focusing on Workday, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Workday, providing guidance and best practices.
• Manage the super user community, offering training and support.
• Oversee the relationship with Workday CSM for updates and support.
• Lead design, configuration, and implementation of Workday modules.
• Implement change management for smooth transitions and user adoption.
• Ensure integrity and security of ERP data through access controls and audits.
• Manage vendor relationships for project delivery and support.
• Develop and maintain documentation for business and technical requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field.
• 10+ years managing ERP systems, with 5+ years in a leadership role focused on Workday.
• Extensive experience with Workday HCM modules.
• Experience with other ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus.

Benefits

• Base salary range of $126,000.00 - $140,000.00.
