Overview

The Provider Compensation Analyst will drive analytics initiatives supporting provider compensation programs, focusing on leveraging productivity and value-based care data to optimize provider performance.

In Short

Lead development and maintenance of provider compensation models.
Analyze provider productivity and compensation trends.
Provide insights to inform compensation strategy.
Collaborate with finance, HR, and market operations teams.
Drive standardization of methodologies across analytics.
Support special projects related to incentive programs.
Present findings to leadership and stakeholders.
Minimum of 5 MBPS internet speed required for remote work.
Confidentiality of applicant information is maintained.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
3+ years of experience in healthcare analytics or related roles.
Strong experience with work RVUs and VBC metrics.
Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience presenting to non-technical stakeholders.

Benefits

Base salary of $100,000 - $125,000.
Eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 15%.
