Overview

The Provider Compensation Analyst will drive analytics initiatives supporting provider compensation programs, focusing on leveraging productivity and value-based care data to optimize provider performance.

In Short

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare analytics or related roles.
  • Strong experience with work RVUs and VBC metrics.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience presenting to non-technical stakeholders.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $100,000 - $125,000.
  • Eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 15%.
