Privia+ Success Associate - Remote

Overview

The Privia+ Success Associate will provide ongoing support for Privia+ services, collaborating with providers and their staff to optimize performance and improve workflows.

In Short

• Monitor program key performance indicators weekly.
• Aggregate data to create performance check-in decks.
• Track resolutions of provider and staff questions.
• Manage performance issues with the Privia+ team.
• Support operational projects with the Privia+ Success Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1+ years of account management or client-facing experience.
• CPC preferred.
• Excel experience required.
• CRM and data management experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare preferred.
• Must comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Ability to have honest conversations with providers.
• Passion for improving workflows.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication skills.

Benefits

• Base pay range of $55,000.00 - $65,000.00.
• Eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 10%.
