The Vendor Performance Manager - Medical Coding and Billing leads the vendor management team to optimize vendor relationships and ensure compliance with coding and billing standards.

Requirements

• High School diploma or medical office training preferred.
• 5+ years of vendor management experience in healthcare.
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of medical coding and billing procedures.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Project management and organizational skills.
• Experience with contract negotiation and management.

Benefits

• Base salary range of $66,000 - $82,000.
