This is a unique opportunity to directly impact patient care by expanding access to cutting-edge clinical trials within our established community-based primary and specialty care practices.

In Short

• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand clinical research capabilities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with market and national operations teams.
• Negotiate contracts with sponsors and CROs.
• Oversee planning and execution of clinical trials.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Develop budgets and financial forecasts for projects.
• Monitor project costs and optimize resource allocation.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote clinical research services.
• Represent Privia Clinical Research at conferences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in clinical research or business development.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with EDC systems.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Relevant regulatory certifications are a plus.
