The Business Development Representative plays a crucial role in generating qualified leads for Growth Directors and providing sales support across various business verticals.

In Short

• This role requires in-office work Tuesday-Thursday and remote work on Monday & Fridays.
• Conduct outbound calls to identify decision makers and set appointments.
• Utilize market analysis to understand customer segments.
• Act as a point of contact for new providers.
• Support Directors in managing opportunities to close.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams for lead generation.
• Track activities and leads using Salesforce.
• Contribute ideas to improve sales strategies.
• Healthcare experience is preferred.
• Must comply with HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce and Excel preferred.
• Healthcare experience with physician offices preferred.
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
