Overview

The Senior Director Rebate Analytics is responsible for leading the development and execution of rebate analytics efforts to enhance service levels for existing clients and drive new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or related field.
• 10 years of experience in pharmacy benefit management or related fields.
• 7 years of management/leadership experience.
• Expert knowledge of the PBM industry.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Preferred: MBA or post-graduate coursework.
