Carrot Fertility is the leading global fertility, family-building, and lifelong hormonal healthcare platform providing care for everyone, everywhere. This role is for a leader to manage the Outcomes Analytics team and develop structured approaches for measuring program performance and engagement.

Requirements

• 8-10 years leading analytics-driven initiatives.
• 5+ years in a leadership role in healthcare.
• Expertise in measurement strategies and analytics frameworks.
• Experience with SaaS or engagement-based business models.
• Proficiency in SQL and analytics tools (dbt, Python, R, Tableau).
• Experience with advanced analytics workflows.
• Strong communication skills.
• Understanding of value-based care models is a plus.
