  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or equivalent experience.
  • Up to 2 years of quality improvement and auditing experience.
  • Knowledge of healthcare quality improvement processes.
  • Strong data management and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
  • High degree of organization required.
  • Must be eligible to work in the USA without sponsorship.
  • Physical ability to operate office equipment and communicate effectively.
  • Must comply with security responsibilities and legal requirements.
