Overview

The HR Compensation Analyst performs a variety of administrative and project related functions in order to support the Compensation team and Human Resource department on compensation initiatives.

In Short

  • Manages Compensation actions in HRIS system.
  • Calculates compensation and provides reports.
  • Ensures compliance and prepares audits.
  • Uses strong communication skills to relay compensation information.
  • Manages vendor relationships.
  • Analyzes national market data and pay practices.
  • Participates in ongoing third-party surveys.
  • Develops and maintains Compensation documents.
  • Provides customer service to employees and managers.
  • Supports HRIS queries and resolves programming issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting required.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and using formulas.
  • Experience in HR and compensation preferred.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills in person and via phone.
  • Experienced presenter or public speaker.
  • Written communication and business writing skills required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical decision-making skills.
