• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions independently.
• Expertise in filling niche roles strategically.
• Proficiency in Greenhouse ATS and collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and DEI principles.
• Experience in regulated industries or healthcare roles is a plus.
