Overview

The Senior Consultant works collaboratively within a team of highly qualified Advisory consultants to deliver performance improvement to healthcare systems, focusing on client engagement and project management.

In Short

• Lead and participate in engagement work streams for healthcare performance improvement.
• Perform data analyses and provide quality assurance over deliverables.
• Develop presentations and recommendations for clients.
• Manage project activities and workstream economics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to implement solutions.
• Maintain utilization targets for billable projects.
• Participate in practice development and training activities.
• Conduct interviews and synthesize information for analytics.
• Lead efforts to standardize and automate deliverables.
• Travel 61-80% within the US for client engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in healthcare finance or operations.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, and data visualization.
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams.
• Lean Process Improvement and Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to adapt and change priorities quickly.
