Overview

The Analyst works collaboratively within a team to deliver the PIVOT software to healthcare systems, focusing on data accuracy and client needs.

In Short

• Collaborate with account managers, developers, and consultants.
• Become a subject matter expert on the PIVOT software.
• Analyze and interpret data to provide client solutions.
• Troubleshoot data issues and maintain data feeds.
• Review data for accuracy across all customers.
• Support new installations of PIVOT software.

Requirements

• 2+ years of applicable experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Intermediate SQL skills.
• Experience in healthcare preferred.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
