Overview

The Customer Service Representative will support the dispatch team and retail charter sales operations at Premier Private Jets, providing exceptional service to clients.

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound charter inquiries.
• Provide professional responses to clients regarding charter options and pricing.
• Assist retail sales team in managing leads and preparing quotes.
• Maintain accurate records of client communication in CRM.
• Liaise with the dispatch team for flight itineraries and requests.
• Monitor active flights and coordinate between clients and operations.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and distributed appropriately.
• Support post-trip follow-ups and client satisfaction surveys.
• Assist with data entry and reporting.
• Help maintain internal databases for flights and client preferences.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Passion for aviation and commitment to customer service.
