Client Engagement Manager EHR Solutions - Remote

Overview

The Client Engagement Manager EHR Solutions is responsible for exceeding client expectations through expert project management, coordination of a cross-functional team, and proactive internal and external/client communication. This role manages the day-to-day activities of the full EHR team, working closely with clients and Executive personnel to deliver projects on time with quality, troubleshoot and problem-solve, mitigate risks, and offer best-in-class service for market access products and solutions.

• Lead ad hoc work streams on critical people-related issues.
• Identify and manage risks associated with engagements.
• Ability to travel 15-50% of the time.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree required; Masters or MBA preferred.
• 4-8 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals or Managed Markets Consulting.
• Experience in Commercial Strategy and client relationship management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on complex projects.
