Overview

Precision for Medicine is hiring a Project Manager to support our Translational Sciences team. The position can be covered fully remotely from Poland, Serbia, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, Spain, UK or Germany.

In Short

• Lead new and existing CRO laboratory projects.
• Focus on accelerating the development and adoption of novel therapeutics.
• Manage a portfolio of projects for specific clients.
• Ensure project plans are translated into action and results.
• Negotiate and make decisions with clients.
• Prepare and maintain process documents.
• Create and manage project timelines and budgets.
• Communicate effectively with clients and collaborators.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Mentor junior Project Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life science or related field.
• 5 years of project management experience in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office/MS 365 applications.
• Strong understanding of project management and data analysis.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in English.
