Investigator Grants Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Investigator Grant Specialist will develop investigator grant/site budgets during the proposal process & revision generation and contribute to the clinical trial budgets.

In Short

• Generate global investigator site budgets in support of the proposal process.
• Assist with coordination for the proposal preparation process.
• Support Proposal Team with project budget development using Excel.
• Participate in strategy meetings.
• Identify key components in proposal budgets.
• Develop full site budgets reflecting study design.
• Assist with change orders for ongoing studies.
• Communicate with clients to support project team.
• Maintain departmental records and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 3 years’ experience in site budget or proposal development.
• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to deliver high quality operational budgets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
• High proficiency in Excel and Microsoft applications.
• Able to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Minimal travel required.
