• Support the OncoGenius team in delivering high-quality analytics and insights for oncology-focused projects.
• Work with complex healthcare datasets, validating data integrity.
• Create actionable deliverables that inform product development and clinical decision-making.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends in oncology markets.
• Prepare visually compelling reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure analytic outputs meet business needs.
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline data workflows.
• Stay current with oncology market trends and analytic best practices.
• Communicate findings to non-technical audiences effectively.
• Contribute to client reports and collaborate with global colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years or master’s degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience in Analytics.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in oncology consulting/analytics.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
