Executive Director, Operational Strategy, FSP - Remote

Overview

The Executive Director, FSP operational strategy will be responsible for the management of the FSP team of Precision for Medicine. They will provide oversight and management to the FSP Strategy and drive the high quality of the department deliverables.

• Manage the capacity planning for the FSP Department.
• Develop process and tools for consistent and high-quality deliverables.
• Facilitate communications with key stakeholders for FSP proposal input.
• Coordinate FSP marketing strategies and materials.
• Manage the department budget and oversee KPIs.
• Participate in post-award engagement meetings.
• Represent Precision for Medicine in client meetings.
• Support pre-award collaboration with data innovation strategies.
• Lead the FSP strategy group and support professional development.
• Maintain understanding of commercial and regulatory landscapes.
• Travel as required to manage business objectives (up to 35%).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or MS highly preferred.
• 15 years of experience in CRO, biotech/pharma, or life sciences business development.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Project, MS PPT, Excel.
