Compliance Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and process savvy Compliance Specialist / Expert to support the day-to-day operations of Precision Medicine Group global corporate compliance program.

In Short

• Maintain and update the compliance training matrix.
• Ensure timely deployment of compliance trainings via Precision learning platforms.
• Draft and manage compliance-related communications.
• Implement and maintain corporate compliance processes and controls.
• Manage policy lifecycle in Precision policy management system.
• Operationalize and maintain Precision Trade Compliance Process.
• Monitor and triage the compliance mailbox.
• Organize and maintain the Compliance Teams database.
• Act as compliance process PMO supporting project planning.
• 4+ years of experience in compliance or regulatory operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Management, or related field.
• Experience in compliance, legal or regulatory operations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work with compliance tools and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with AI tools for training or communication is a plus.
• Understanding of global compliance process frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
