Overview

The Manager of Compliance Operations at Dario is responsible for ensuring compliance with governmental requirements such as HIPAA and GDPR, while also overseeing the IT Security environment to detect and respond to cyber threats.

• Lead the Information Security team and manage compliance operations.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, Finance, and IT teams to enhance security and privacy.
• Ensure effectiveness of security monitoring systems.
• Participate in software development lifecycle for secure coding practices.
• Monitor changes in legislation and maintain compliance.
• Enhance the Security Incident Response Plan.
• Drive HITRUST and SOC2 implementations.
• Provide expert advice on healthcare regulatory compliance.
• Oversee contract review for compliance with regulations.
• Develop compliance education for the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degrees preferred.
• 5-8 years’ experience in healthcare security and compliance.
• Experience in developing policies and managing audits.
• Previous technology and cybersecurity background preferred.
• Experience with HIPAA compliance required.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• HITRUST r2 & SOC-2 audit experience required.
• HITRUST CSF training or certification is a plus.
