As a Scrum Master at Dario Health, you will lead multiple teams of talented developers and engineers, contributing to the mission of making better health easy.

In Short

• Manage each project’s scope and timeline
• Coordinate Sprints and related Agile Ceremonies
• Keep team focused on Sprint Goals
• Monitor Releases, scope and Planning
• Create metrics to improve efficiency
• Coach Team Members in Agile Frameworks
• Facilitate internal communication and collaboration
• Manage backlogs and new requests with Product owners
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles
• Ensure quality standards for Sprint deliverables

Requirements

• Experience in Scrum Master Role
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a related technical discipline
• Certification in Agile or Scrum
• Min 3 Years of experience
• Familiarity with Software Development Life cycle
• Knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
• Strong Knowledge of Agile frameworks
• Excellent presentation and leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• JIRA & Easy BI tool understanding is a plus
