Scrum Master - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and proactive individual to join our team as a Scrum Master. You will help maintain the Agile way of working and guide the Scrum Team through various processes.

In Short

• Maintain the Agile way of working and ensure Scrum principles are followed.
• Ensure the project goals and scope are understood by the Scrum Team.
• Lead the Scrum Team through Scrum events and task definitions.
• Resolve issues and teach the team how to resolve them.
• Increase the productivity of the Scrum Team.
• Manage collaboration across teams with varying seniority levels.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders for alignment.
• Handle organizational responsibilities like reporting and process improvement.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in project management or coordinating roles.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Genuine interest in people, processes, and continuous improvement.
• Positive working relationships with teams of varying seniority.
• Organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
• B2 English language skills (written and verbal).
