Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in agile methodologies (preferably Scrum).
• Facilitation, teaching, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Experience in leading change implementation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Open-minded attitude and readiness to embrace change.
