Scrum Master - Remote

Overview

The Scrum Master role will be a Contract. In this role, you will act as a servant leader and coach Agile teams, helping them navigate the complexities of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and ensuring successful delivery of features and projects.

In Short

• Lead/Coach the implementation and understanding of the Scrum/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across teams and departments.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (PI Planning, ART Sync, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective).
• Promote and support the continuous improvement of the team's processes.
• Work closely with Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to ensure alignment with SAFe principles.
• Foster collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams.
• Support the resolution of impediments and blockers.
• Manage team dependencies to ensure smooth delivery of features.
• Define and track key Agile metrics to measure team performance.
• 3+ years experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• SAFe Scrum Master certification (SSM) or equivalent is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile tools and practices (Azure DevOps, Jira).
