In Short

Guide and coach Agile teams through sprints, planning sessions, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives
Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlog and deliver customer-centric value
Identify and eliminate roadblocks, protect the team from distractions, and ensure flow
Promote Agile best practices, Scrum frameworks, and team ownership
Facilitate sprint ceremonies and create clear documentation to support delivery
Support multiple Scrum teams working on ERP upgrades, mobile tools, and data system modernization
Foster a culture of transparency, feedback, and accountability

Requirements

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a tech-driven or hybrid project environment
Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and servant leadership
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
Comfortable working remotely with cross-functional, distributed teams
Bonus: Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
Bonus: Background in construction tech, operations, or ERP projects
