Join Our Team at Precision Imaging Centers! We are now hiring a Personal Injury Billing Representative. Are you an experienced healthcare billing professional looking for a new opportunity? Precision Imaging Centers is hiring a full-time Personal Injury Billing Representative. To be considered for this role, you should have 2-5 years of experience in healthcare billing, reimbursement, collections, and follow-up functions. Familiarity with Imagine, Centricity, and/or Epic medical billing systems is preferred.

In Short

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM
• Location: Remote but must live within the Eastern time zone
• Responsible for managing all aspects of the billing process related to personal injury cases.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on insurance claims.
• Work closely with attorneys and medical providers.
• Provide customer service regarding patient accounts.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of billing transactions.
• Prepare reports on billing activities and financial status.
• Adhere to all practice policies related to HIPAA and Medicare Compliance.
• Complete special projects/assignments as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have Auto Accident and Personal Injury billing experience.
• Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in healthcare billing.
• Experience with medical billing systems preferred: Imagine, Centricity or Epic.
• Knowledgeable of CPT, ICD-10 and HCPCS codes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Moderate skill with Google and/or Microsoft Office applications.
