Client Success - Radiology Liaison - Remote

Overview

Precision Imaging Centers is seeking a highly organized and responsive Client Success – Radiology Liaison to support our growing teleradiology operations. In this role, you’ll serve as the central connection between radiologists, internal teams, and client offices. Your focus will be to ensure smooth imaging workflows, accurate study preparation, and top-tier client support with professionalism and efficiency.

In Short

• Monitor and respond to expedite requests, addendums, and missing clinical documentation.
• Ensure comparison studies are correctly linked; escalate discrepancies as needed.
• Respond to inquiries from client offices regarding study status and workflow concerns.
• Upload and align prior imaging in PACS for radiologist interpretation.
• Assist with workflow mapping for new or updated client setups.
• Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on imaging studies.
• Delay uploads when appropriate to wait for prior studies.
• Request missing office notes as needed.
• Assign studies to radiologists only when all required documentation is complete.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for designated clients.

Requirements

• Experience in radiology workflow, client success, or healthcare administration is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with PACS and RIS systems is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, fast-paced environment.
