Sr. Paralegal, Global Entity Management and Corporate Governance - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to join our legal team. This role will focus on managing the legal aspects of our domestic and global entities, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, and supporting corporate governance activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in international subsidiary management, a strong understanding of corporate law, and experience leveraging technology to efficiently maintain corporate records.

In Short

• Execute and manage domestic and international corporate governance and entity maintenance filings.
• Maintain and improve entity management system.
• Collaborate with finance and other departments.
• Assist with shareholder and director meetings.
• Manage service providers for global subsidiaries.
• Respond to KYC and UBO requests.
• Assist with client RFP responses.
• Perform legal and factual research.
• Handle special projects as requested.

Requirements

• 7+ years corporate paralegal experience.
• Associates degree or higher; paralegal certification preferred.
• Highly organized and responsible.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.
• Effective written and verbal communications.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and other legal technologies.
• Prior experience with cloud-based subsidiary management platforms a plus.
• Notary public or willingness to become a notary.
