Overview

The Senior Director of Human Resources will partner with business leaders across various groups and countries to provide strategic HR direction, manage day-to-day HR initiatives, and lead the HR staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 12+ years of HR experience.
• Experience in global organizations with 500+ employees.
• Strong understanding of employment law.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.
• Previous management experience.
• HR systems experience.
• Desire to build strong business relationships.
