Executive Director, Operational Strategy, FSP - Remote

Overview

The Executive Director, FSP operational strategy will be responsible for the management of the FSP team of Precision for Medicine. They will provide oversight and management to the FSP Strategy and drive the high quality of the department deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or MS preferred.
• 15 years of experience in CRO, biotech/pharma, or life sciences.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Project, MS PPT, and Excel.
• Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong financial acumen and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Client- and patient-centric mindset.
