Overview

As a Full Stack Developer at Practice Better, you will contribute to the development of a platform that supports health and wellness practitioners, focusing on delivering innovative solutions to enhance customer experience.

In Short

• Develop software solutions based on management direction and customer feedback.
• Build user-facing features from database models to APIs and UI components.
• Document code and procedures for new and existing features.
• Assist customer support with technical requests and issue resolution.
• Optimize performance and improve the tech stack.
• Add analytics and monitoring to respond to operational incidents.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Design teams.
• Strong Ruby and JavaScript fundamentals required.
• 3-6+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Ability to work independently and mentor others.
