Intern - CLM Implementation & Legal Operations (Summer) - Remote

Overview

The Legal & Contracting team is seeking a summer Legal Intern to support the implementation and adoption of the Pramata Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, focusing on legal operations, process improvement, and system usability.

In Short

• Assist with contract ingestion into the CLM, including tagging and metadata validation.
• Support the organization and clean-up of contract data within Pramata.
• Help map existing contracting workflows and processes into the CLM.
• Identify gaps between the desired future-state and current system configuration.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining contract templates and clause libraries.
• Help prepare internal user guides, FAQs, and quick reference materials.
• Coordinate and document feedback from legal team users during early adoption.
• Support education of internal stakeholders on CLM use and best practices.
• Document current legal AI tools in use and evaluate their strengths and limitations.
• Conduct interviews with legal team members to document use cases and pain points.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a law, business, information systems, or related program.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort working with software systems and documentation.
• Interest in legal operations, contracting, or process improvement.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams.
