Overview

The Lifecycle Marketing Strategist will be responsible for audits, strategy, content, and setup of the broadcast campaigns and email automation of current and potential customers, as well as SMS campaign execution. This role involves innovating clients’ strategy, optimizing towards higher success metrics, and collaborating with various departments.

In Short

  • Define and drive email marketing and SMS strategy for clients.
  • Manage daily operations of the email marketing channel.
  • Build and manage automated email marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with creative team to ensure brand guidelines are followed.
  • Report and provide recommendations on lifecycle programs’ performance.
  • Use data to continuously test, measure and optimize the email marketing program.
  • Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with all other internal digital channels.
  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
  • Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience in email marketing strategy and campaign management.
  • Strong analytical and strategic copywriting skills.
  • Hands-on experience with email platforms like Klaviyo, Hubspot, or Braze.
  • SMS experience preferred.
  • Expertise in email best practices.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
