In Short

  • Lead the development and execution of customer-centric marketing strategy.
  • Leverage expert understanding of customer needs and lifecycle marketing.
  • Work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Synthesize complex market dynamics into high-impact marketing strategies.
  • Identify opportunities and blockers for customer adoption.
  • Develop high-impact content strategy including whitepapers and case studies.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Conduct industry-targeted research to inform strategic positioning.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers.
  • Develop data-driven recommendations for business growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Marketing or a similar strategic role.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, martech, or customer engagement platforms preferred.
  • Ability to facilitate executive-level discussions and presentations.
  • Proven experience collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Experience with Challenger Sales Methodology preferred.
