Overview

The Channel Program Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing high-impact projects, program support, process optimization, and event coordination across our Channel Partner team. This multifaceted position is responsible for streamlining and running operational processes, executing events, and supporting leadership initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a heavily matrixed environment—ensuring our projects align with PosiGen’s mission and brand and are executed seamlessly.

  • Organize and lead meetings with actionable outcomes.
  • Support planning and coordination for team events and trade shows.
  • Handle event-related payments and budget tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance project visibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in executive support, project management, or event planning.
  • Strong proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
  • Expert in Google Suite and Salesforce.
  • Ability to manage budgets and oversee financial aspects of events.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to travel as required for events.
  • Start-up mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
