Junior Systems & Ticketing Administrator - Remote

In Short

• Support ticketing setup and maintenance for live events.
• Manage event dates and ticket inventory.
• Work with the Ticketing Coordinator for inventory analysis.
• Ensure public-facing ticketing information is accurate.
• Assist with new venue launches and post-launch checks.
• Create and maintain public-facing venue pages using CMS.
• Ensure automated post-show surveys are triggered correctly.
• Support the Systems & Ticketing team with operational tasks.
• Maintain accurate documentation of pricing models.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Confidence using cloud-based tools.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines effectively.
• Experience with ticketing platforms preferred.
• Familiarity with CMS/WYSIWYG editing tools.
• Basic layout/design skills using drag-and-drop tools.
• Understanding of marketing/customer journey concepts.
• Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends as needed.
